Important: Roomfluence includes collaborative features where data you enter is shared with other users to build a community knowledge base:

• Brand Explorer: When you add brands to "My Brands," the brand name, website, and logo are automatically synced to the Collab Explorer database visible to all users. This helps the community discover opportunities.
• Product Database: When you create collaborations with products, those product names and estimated values may be visible to other users in the Products explorer.
• What Stays Private: Your personal collaboration details (contract terms, payment amounts, private notes, contact information, deliverable tracking) are NOT shared and remain private to your account.
• Service Providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication services
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
